Progress Reports
We have several semestral reports, depending on your need. The union report form needs to be filled out and turned in two times each year to the SSD. The conference and local church reports are suggested forms for each union to use for gathering information. Download the report sheet you need below.
- semestral report form for the union (for SSD mid-year & year-end meetings)
- semestral report form for the conference/mission (report to your union)
- semestral report form for the local church (report to your conference)
