Intercessory Prayer

There is power in prayer!

There are many ways to love one's neighbor, but praying on the behalf of other people (intercessory prayer) has got to be one of the most powerful.  Please join us in praying for this program as it spreads accross our SSD territory and let us all experience the mighty power of prayer!

Prayer is the most potent force known to humanity. Because we have been made partakers in Jesus’ victory over sin and death (1 John 4:4).  We have the authority as sons and daughters of God to pray for others, pushing back the darkness of sin and oppression. In prayer, we have a weapon that has divine power to destroy strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4).

Pray this prayer as you begin your WIN! Wellness ministry

And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, ‘Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!’ So God granted him what he requested (1 Chronicles 4:10).

The prayer of the SSD IEL Committee

Lord, put a passion in the hearts of those You choose to be a part of the Win! Ministry and may they touch the world and thereby touch eternity for You.  Bless indeed---bless immensely---those who have a desire to participate in this mission and expand their borders exceedingly beyond all they expect or think.  Bring souls to the Kingdom and joyful enthusiasm to those who minister for You all over the world.  In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Fear not, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am you God.  I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you.  I will uphold you with My righteous right hand  (Isaiah 41:10).
