Ancient Chinese classics (such as the 13 Confucian classics, Lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching, etc.) are difficult to understand even for many Chinese. Wang Jingzhi pointed out that the classics and traditions are not the same. Many Chinese traditions are good and bad, and the classics formed in the early days reflect and preserve the light that the ancestors received from oral revelation; it can be said that it has the same origin as the written Bible. ——That is to say, the ancient Chinese people had access to oral revelation, and the light of those revelations can still be reflected in ancient texts and classics, but it does not mean that the ancient Chinese classics are an oral revelation.
Therefore, the ancient Chinese classics need to be solved and corrected with the help of the "Bible", and the special revelation of the "Bible" cannot solve the ancient Chinese classics.
There are many volumes of ancient Chinese scriptures, but they can be summed up in one sentence: the texts carry the Tao, and the Tao nourishes the people, all of which serve the Chinese people to go to heaven and the Tao of heaven. Only by understanding this can we truly understand the ancient Chinese classics.
