Segundino Remulta Asoy is the Asia-Pacific Division's Southern Sabbath School & Personal Ministries Director. He is the third preacher in a family of eight children. He transferred to SSD in January 2022 to take on a broader range of tasks. Prior to joining the SSD, he worked as a church pastor in numerous locations throughout the Western Mindanao Conference. In 2007, he was elected as the conference's Youth and Ministerial Director. He then serves in the departments of Sabbath School, Stewardship, and Communication. Later, he was appointed as Executive Secretary. In 2013, he was voted president of the Western Mindanao Conference after a year. In 2016, he was asked to serve as Sabbath School & Personal Ministries, ASI, ADRA, & ACS in the South Philippine Union Conference (SPUC).

Pastor Segundino Remulta Asoy graduated from Mountain View College with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. He finished his master's degrees in public administration and ministry at the Southern Mindanao Colleges and Adventist International Institute of Advance Studies, respectively. He is now completing his Doctor of Ministry degree at Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS).

Josefa Bagnol-Asoy is his happily-wedded wife. They were blessed to have three lovely children. Shayne King Asoy, Bryan Marc Asoy, and Chelsea Jo Asoy-Sarmiento, who is married to Nhelsar Mel Sarmiento, are all members of the Asoy family. Sefia Jem Asoy-Sarmiento, the gorgeous grandchild, is a blessing and an inspiration to the entire family.
