Dulce was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. Prior to her work as secretary to the Southern Asia-Pacific Division Children’s, Family, and Women’s Ministries Department, Dulce served for six years as secretary to the Ministerial Association of the North Philippine Union Conference. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Management from the University of the City of Manila (Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila) and post graduate units in Education at the Philippine Christian University and a board passer for the Teacher Licensure examination. She has 14 years of secretarial experience ranging from denominational institutions to private corporations.

 

She is happily married to Architect Clarito ‘ric’ Mabituin and loving mother to their two children. She enjoys travel, reading, watching stage plays, family bonding activities and cooking.
